- Location – we collect a static city or ZIP code location entered by users for search and filtering purposes. We do not track live or background location.
- Photos and Videos – submitted by verified agent users as part of listing and property showcase content.
- Device Information – including OS, model, IP address, and device ID to ensure security and performance.
- Analytics Data – user engagement and interaction metrics collected via Google Analytics to improve user experience.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver app functionality and personalized content
- To authenticate and differentiate between anonymous users, normal users, and verified agents
- To improve the performance and usability of the app
- To ensure user safety and monitor inappropriate content through comment and post engagement
3. User Roles and Access
- Unauthorized Users: Can browse posts and use map search, but cannot comment or interact.
- Normal Users: Can comment, like, and share posts. Cannot upload content.
- Verified Agents: Can upload property reels and media, and access all user interaction features.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. We use trusted service providers such as:
- Google Analytics – to monitor app engagement
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) – for secure storage and content delivery
5. Comments and Community Features
Only registered users can comment on posts. Comments are public and should follow respectful and legal standards. DoorReels does not allow in-app messaging or private communication.

DoorReels is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under this age. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us immediately.
